Training Programs to Maximize Your Investment
The TIME™ System is a comprehensive information system. We understand
the many factors involved in implementing a system. No two clients are the
same, and our approach to training reflects this understanding. Our Project
Leaders partner with you to determine the best approach for you.
Partnering
We start with standard training agendas, materials, and timelines for the client
installation. Then we partner with the client to determine what customization
or modifications to standards are needed based on variance in state practice
acts and certification regulations. Next we have discussions with clients to
determine suggested processes that will be trained as an integral part of the
client’s installation of the TIME™ system. Finally, we provide
customization of the standard training program based on client preferences.
Methods
We use a blended training approach using different forms of media including:
on-site training, Computer Based Training (CBT), and
online meetings. A blended training approach will ensure that the right media
will be selected to enhance the retention of the training material by the end
user. Further, we provide supplemental training materials including job aids,
quick reference guides, and practice exercises to enhance participant’s
retention of training and utilization of the TIME™ system, and we have
extensive online help and user manuals.
Policies and Procedures
Our Project Leaders do more than train you in the use of the TIME™ System.
During training, we partner with you to develop and refine your policies and
procedures incorporating our decades of experience with information systems
and patient care. Where possible, we integrate your policies and procedures
directly into the system. Best standards are used including utilization of
a standard set of code tables (which is customized to meet the client’s
needs) to increase the client’s efficiency of TIME™.
