Time and Money
With Computer Based Training (CBT), less staff is required to train new employees
on using the TIME™ System. If it takes 3 hours to train a new
employee at $35/hour, that is a $100 time saving per new employee. With
a staff of 50 and 25% turnover, that is a saving of $1,250. Furthermore,
by using CBT's to train new employees, you will not interfere with your staff's
day to day job to bring a new employee up to speed on the TIME™ System.
Complete Training
The CBT will review all of the necessary components to use the basic clinical
applications every time without exception. You are assured that everything
is covered. After completing the CBT, there will be no question that an employee
was trained on the necessary applications.
Consistent Training
All employees will be taught the TIME™ System in the same manner. This
leads to consistent, appropriate use of the system among all employees.
Knowledge Protection
If your HII system trainer leaves your organization, much of the training expertise
no longer leaves with that employee. The CBT becomes your assistant system
trainer.
Documentation
By printing off completed quiz questions, you have documentation on the successful
completion of the HII TIME™ System training.
